True Beginnings
When Phil Conlin started Boost Painting (formerly P.A.C. Painting) he set out to debunk some of the negative stereotypes connected to the industry. From the beginning, he focused on providing honest, high-quality work. Customers responded positively, and the business grew.
Today, Boost Painting has grown to offer a wide range of interior and exterior painting services, without sacrificing the superior workmanship and excellent service that customers have come to recognize and appreciate.
Backtrack 11 years to when Phil entered the trades industry. It was when he was working for a high-end renovation company in Halton Hills where he began to take interest in painting. Like most renovation projects, several different skilled trades go into getting a job wrapped up beautifully for customers. For Phil, he always gravitated towards the painting portion. The meticulous nature of painting was what he enjoyed the most - it was a steady hand, and patience, that came naturally to him.
Fast forward a few years after his time in Halton Hills, and Phil began working for a well-established painting company in Guelph. With an entrepreneurial spirit brewing, his techniques becoming mastered, and his passion for painting budding, Phil started to think about one day owning his own company and working directly with homeowners under his own brand name.
Following his tenure with the painting company, Phil brought that extensive and valuable experience to his own endeavour.
In 2019, Boost Painting was born.
Throughout 11 years in the trades, and 8 of those years as a professional painter, Phil’s become very familiar with the importance of honesty, transparency and good communication. Phil believes that it is the unwavering attention to detail that must be brought to each and every project in order the produce top-tier results and build great customer relationships.

Although we work Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm, we understand that some projects require a more flexible schedule.
